Hi friends  Today i din't want to eat same old chapati so i decided to make something different but simple too.i cooked missi do pyaza which is  loved by my husband and mother in law.It does not take much time to cook very healthy for breakfast and lunch. Ingredients wheat flour besan/chick pea flour 2 onions cumin seeds salt red chilli powder coriander leave oil Method take 2 cups of wheat flour,besan,cut onion into small pieces salt cumin seeds red chilli powder,coriander leaves, mix well kneed into a smooth dough .Now leave for 10 minutes .make small ball and roll a round paratha. shallow fry on a pan from both side with little oil til it turns golden. serve with curd or pickle ...

cucumber sandwich

hello friends! everybody likes bread sandwich.not only its tasty but it gets ready in just few minutes. It can be cooked in different style with different flavour. Ingreadients bread cucumber malai/cream black pepper powder salt chat masala cheese cubes butter   Method first of all grate cucumber and keep in a bowl. Add malai/cream ,pinch black pepper powder ,spnch of salt chat masala ,grated cheese ,mix well.Now take bread slice spread the past with spoon evenly on the slice now cover with another slice of bread .now toast till crisp and golden. sandwich is ready serve with green chuttany or tomato sauce . 

JEERA RICE

HELLO friends! jeera rice is very simple yet very tasty dish.it can be made in just 15 minutes.goes very well wid daal and kadhi. many prefer it from plain rice. ingreadients; jeer/cumin seed 1 tablespoon 1 cup rice bay leaves 2,3 cloves cardmom  lemon juice ghee salt meathod; heat a kadhai/pan add some ghee.Now add a teaspoon cumin seed,bay leaves cardmom clove and saute .now add washed rice and 2 cups of water salt to taste and let in boil.when rice starts boiling add lemon juice close the pan with a plate for 10 minutes .Your jeera rice is ready. Serve hot with vegetable raita or any dal curry of your choice.

hello everyone! navartan paratha is very tasty and healthy and different from daily paratha and roti looks more rich can be served to guests Ingreadient; 2 cups of wheat flour 1 cup chick pea flour/besan papita/papaya(grate in a grater finely) kasoori methi  heeng salt  red chilli powder 1 tablespoon oil  meathod; add flour besan grated papaya kasoori methi salt chilli powder oil.kneed well with water or milk. make small balls in hand roll with roller.for making parath a more crispy and flaky add some oil in middle of the ball and again roll,shallow fry on tava from bothside .paratha is ready servve hot with aaloo ki sabzi..

How to make vegetable khichhadi  Hello everyone ,khichhadi is very light and digestible  for our stomach with goodness of vegetables, letins and grains. It takes very less time to cook. Ingredients: Rice 1 cup moong daal half a cup VEGETABLES One potato one onion one carrot some beans half cup green peas cauliflower tomato corriander  green chilli ginger garlic paste 1 tea spoon SPICES Half teaspoon cumin seed A pinch of heeng 2,bay leaves  pinch of turmeric powder red chilli powder salt to taste cloves Wash daal and rice properly and soak in a bowl.heat a pressor cooker add  some oil/ghee.Heat the oil add cumin seed heeng bay leaves cloves,add chopped onion ,ginger garlic past and saute til onion turns red.add chopped vegetables tomato etc.Now add some turamaric powder red chilli powder salt and pinch of garam masala add 3 cups of water and close the lid get 2,3 whistele  ...your khichhadi is ready  enjoy

Fuller's earth has been used in the   India as a face pack and cleanser for thousands of years, and is known as  (multani mitti), that is, mud from MULTAN .It has been used  as an ingredient in powdered, "dry" shampoos, and is an important ingredient in many face packs. For dry skin Take one tea spoon  multani mitti powder, two table spoon milk or curd ,one table spoon honey mix in a bowl and prepare  a thin consistency paste. Soak it for 30 minutes.
