Missi do pyaza

Hi friends 

Today i din't want to eat same old chapati so i decided to make something different but simple too.i cooked missi do pyaza which is  loved by my husband and mother in law.It does not take much time to cook very healthy for breakfast and lunch.



Ingredients


  1. wheat flour
  2. besan/chick pea flour
  3. 2 onions
  4. cumin seeds
  5. salt
  6. red chilli powder
  7. coriander leave
  8. oil


Method

take 2 cups of wheat flour,besan,cut onion into small pieces salt cumin seeds red chilli powder,coriander leaves, mix well kneed into a smooth dough .Now leave for 10 minutes .make small ball and roll a round paratha. shallow fry on a pan from both side with little oil til it turns golden. serve with curd or pickle ...
