VEGETABLE KHICHHADI

How to make vegetable khichhadi 


Hello everyone ,khichhadi is very light and digestible  for our stomach with goodness of vegetables, letins and grains.
It takes very less time to cook.

Ingredients:

Rice 1 cup
moong daal half a cup

VEGETABLES


  1. One potato
  2. one onion
  3. one carrot
  4. some beans
  5. half cup green peas
  6. cauliflower
  7. tomato
  8. corriander 
  9. green chilli
  10. ginger garlic paste 1 tea spoon


SPICES


  • Half teaspoon cumin seed
  • A pinch of heeng
  • 2,bay leaves 
  • pinch of turmeric powder
  • red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • cloves

Wash daal and rice properly and soak in a bowl.heat a pressor cooker add  some oil/ghee.Heat the oil add cumin seed heeng bay leaves cloves,add chopped onion ,ginger garlic past and saute til onion turns red.add chopped vegetables tomato etc.Now add some turamaric powder red chilli powder salt and pinch of garam masala add 3 cups of water and close the lid get 2,3 whistele  ...your khichhadi is ready
