navratan paratha

hello everyone!

navartan paratha is very tasty and healthy and different from daily paratha and roti looks more rich can be served to guests


Ingreadient;


  1. 2 cups of wheat flour
  2. 1 cup chick pea flour/besan
  3. papita/papaya(grate in a grater finely)
  4. kasoori methi 
  5. heeng
  6. salt 
  7. red chilli powder
  8. 1 tablespoon oil 

meathod;

add flour besan grated papaya kasoori methi salt chilli powder oil.kneed well with water or milk.
make small balls in hand roll with roller.for making parath a more crispy and flaky add some oil in middle of the ball and again roll,shallow fry on tava from bothside .paratha is ready servve hot with aaloo ki sabzi..
