i love preparing different types of delicacies which is savoured by my family members. I am just mad about cosmetics and play with different looks and style...

hello everyone! navartan paratha is very tasty and healthy and different from daily paratha and roti looks more rich can be served to guests Ingreadient; 2 cups of wheat flour 1 cup chick pea flour/besan papita/papaya(grate in a grater finely) kasoori methi  heeng salt  red chilli powder 1 tablespoon oil  meathod; add flour besan grated papaya kasoori methi salt chilli powder oil.kneed well with water or milk. make small balls in hand roll with roller.for making parath a more crispy and flaky add some oil in middle of the ball and again roll,shallow fry on tava from bothside .paratha is ready servve hot with aaloo ki sabzi..
